The Horizontal High-Speed Cantilever Single Twister (Φ630–Φ1250) is designed for high-precision stranding and screening of copper conductors, control cables, power cables, data cables, instrumentation cables, and specialty industrial cables.
With a horizontal cantilever structure, the machine offers superior dynamic stability at high speed, excellent lay-length accuracy, minimal strand deformation, and smooth tension control throughout production. It is ideal for core stranding, cable laying-up, Cu/Al shielding, copper tape screening, fiber optic cable stranding, and armor preparation.
