Detailed Process Description
Step 1 – Cutting & Stripping Machine
- Cuts cable into required length.
- Strips outer insulation/sheath.
- Production Capacity: 800–1200 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
Step 2 – Core Stripping (3F / 4F)
- Strips internal cores according to customer specifications.
- All cores are stripped together.
- Available in 3F and 4F models depending on stripping length and core OD.
- Production Capacity: 1000–1500 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
Step 3 – 2T Mute Terminal Crimping Machine
- Joins wires with terminals, inserts, or thimbles.
- Crimped joints are stronger than soldered joints.
- Different products can be crimped by changing the applicator.
- Production Capacity: 800–1000 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
Step 4 – 35 Ton Molding Machine
- Molds are manufactured according to customer requirements.
- Designed to comply with ISI Standards.
- Separate molds are required for different pin types.
- Production Capacity: 600–800 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
Step 5 – Power Cord Testing
- Checks:
- Short Circuit
- Open Circuit
- Wire Breakage
- Connection Dislocation
- Ampere Load Capacity
- Molds can be changed according to pin type.
- Production Capacity: 800–1200 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
Step 6 – Folding & Binding Machine
- PLC & Touch Screen controlled operation.
- Adjustable winding speed and winding turns.
- Displays production quantity in real time.
- Carton quantity can be preset.
- Production Capacity: 700–900 pcs/hour
- Manpower: 1 Operator
