Project Overview
This project is designed to manufacture fine copper wire from 8 mm copper rod coils.
Process Flow

Step 1: Raw Material
Copper Rod Coil
The primary raw material is 8.0 mm Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper Rod Coil or CCR, typically purchased from copper rod manufacturers.
Input Material:
- Copper Rod Diameter: 8.0 mm
- Material: ETP Copper Rod, CCR
- Coil Weight: As per supplier standard
Step 2: Rod Breakdown Machine (RBD)
Purpose
The Rod Breakdown Machine reduces the diameter of the copper rod from 8.0 mm to approximately 1.6 mm through multiple drawing dies.
Process
- Input: 8.0 mm Copper Rod
- Output: 1.6 mm Copper Wire
- Continuous drawing through multiple die stages
- High production efficiency
- Suitable for feeding Fine Wire Drawing Machines
Output
- Copper Wire Diameter: 1.6 mm

Step 3: Fine Wire Drawing Machine
Purpose
The Fine Wire Drawing Machine further reduces the wire size to fine diameters required for electrical applications.
Process
- Input: 1.6 mm Copper Wire
- Output Range: 0.15 mm – 0.40 mm
- Multi-wire or single-wire drawing configuration
- High-speed operation
- Precise diameter control
Output
Fine Copper Wire:
- 0.15 mm
- 0.20 mm
- 0.25 mm
- 0.30 mm
- 0.40 mm
(Depending upon customer requirements)

Step 4: 32 Heads Offline Tube Annealing Machine
Purpose
After drawing, copper wire becomes hard and loses flexibility. Annealing restores softness, ductility, and conductivity.
Process
- Input: Drawn Copper Wire (0.15–0.40 mm)
- Annealing through tube-type heating chambers
- Controlled temperature cycle
- Cooling after annealing
